These terms apply to the purchase and use of digital study guides from Najah Prep ("we", "us") at najahprep.com.

1. Products

We sell downloadable digital study guides (PDF) for healthcare licensing and classification exams. Najah Prep is an independent study resource. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS), Prometric, Pearson VUE or any licensing authority. All questions are original and are not taken from any real exam.

2. Payment and delivery

Orders are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy, which handles payment, taxes and invoicing. After successful payment you receive a download link by email. Prices are shown in US dollars and may include applicable taxes calculated at checkout.

3. Licence

Each purchase grants one person a personal, non-transferable licence to use the guide for their own study. You may not copy, share, resell, upload or distribute the files or their contents, in whole or in part. Files may contain identifying marks linked to your purchase.

4. No guarantee of results

Our guides are designed to help you prepare, but we cannot guarantee that you will pass any exam. Exam content, weights and regulations may change; always check the official website of your licensing authority. The guides are educational material and do not replace local regulations or the policies of your workplace.
